Our clients can count on the latest tech including an individually coded electronic gate, dozens of high definition cameras throughout the facility with cloud backup, individually alarmed units, and all of that in a fully fenced facility that's well lit and has a manager on site. Other tech includes an upcoming website interface and app for contactless rental and payment options along with unit access monitoring.

At 716Storage, we designed our latest facility from scratch to ensure the site is laid out conveniently so that you can get in and out with anything from a compact car to a full size moving truck. Our extra wide isle layout includes wide turn radius ends for easy entrance and egress. In addition you can maneuver our isles even when multiple vehicles are loading and unloading, or take advantage of several convenient parking spots including handicap and ADA access parking.

716Storage clients can count on a terrifically convenient southtowns location when they choose our newest storage facility to house your belongings. Our Orchard Park site is located at 3678 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127 which is only minutes from Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Elma, and East Aurora by way of Rte 20 and 20a, 219, 179, 90, and the 400.

This is Western NY and we all know the impact of snow on our daily lives in the winter. 716Storage has it's own specialty snow removal equipment to blow out isles and ensure snow doesn't impede access to your unit - no matter what the weather brings. Our facilities will be plowed and blown out so you never have to worry about gaining entry to the facility, our office, or your units.
